What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our theme is upscale luau. We recommend resort casual attire. Keep in mind May & June can be cloudy in San Diego, but temperatures are usually mid 70’s. Don’t forget a sweater just in case!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors. The ceremony is completely outdoors. The reception is covered outdoors.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

The venue has a large free parking lot for everyone to park in and an easy spot to accommodate drop off and pick up of ride-share (Uber, Lyft, etc.)

Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

On our site there is a section for recommended hotels in the area. But feel free to choose any hotel accommodations you’d like. It is a holiday weekend (Memorial Weekend) so we do recommend booking your stay sooner than later.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We would absolutely love for you to! Make sure to hashtag #MeetTheVerdons & #ForeverVerdon so we can see all your amazing shots! But please, no phones out during the ceremony. We want you to be present and experience this amazing moment with us instead of on a screen. I promise our photographer will share pictures of our most precious time together.
