Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. We recommend ladies wear simple cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a nice button-up shirt. Ladies, please no white dresses out of respect for the bride.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

It will be warm in August but it is San Diego so it will not be too hot. The weather will cool down as the night progresses so I would recommend a sweater for later in the day. San Diego weather does its own thing sometimes!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place? Is it indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

Does your wedding have a theme?

Nope! Just dress to impress!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 5:00 PM to ensure everyone finds parking and seats before the ceremony begins at 5:30 PM.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation unless you are notified otherwise.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The deadline for RSVP is July 1, 2021, but PLEASE contact bride or groom if you are past the deadline to see if we can make it work because if you are invited, we want you there! RSVP will be online only.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

There will be some vegetarian options such as pasta and salad. Unfortunately no vegan options at this time. If you need special accommodations, please let us know in advance.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered with Zola to help you pick a gift if a gift is something you choose to give. The most important thing to us is you coming to celebrate with us.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #FOREVERTOMKO so we can keep track of all of your pictures! NO PHONES/CAMERAS DURING CEREMONY PLEASE
