Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us as we celebrate. We kindly request formal attire—think elegant, polished, and dressed-up. Suits or tuxedos for men and formal dresses or gowns for women. Please save white, ivory, and similar shades for the bride! We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Are kids welcome?

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children in the wedding party. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a fun date night and celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate with everyone! Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests named on each invitation. If you've been given a plus-one, it will be noted on your invitation or RSVP.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you kindly RSVP by April 3rd, 2027 so we can finalize our guest count. If we don't receive your RSVP by then, we will assume you are unable to attend and will miss celebrating with you!

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Our reception will be under a tent, giving us the perfect outdoor feel while keeping everyone comfortable. A friendly reminder for guests wearing heels: parts of the celebration will be on grass, so plan your footwear accordingly!

How do I RSVP?

Please click on the RSVP tab of our website, where you will be directed to enter your information and submit your response. If you prefer to RSVP by mail, you are welcome to send back your response card. Please respond by April 3rd, 2027.

Is there on-site parking?

Answer

Yes! Our venue allows vehicles to be left overnight and picked up the following morning (9AM). Please note that our venue is located in a rural area, and rideshare services such as Uber and taxis may be very limited. We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable evening, so please feel comfortable making arrangements that work best for you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes! We have provided a list of hotel accommodations on the Travel tab of our website to help with your planning. We are so grateful to everyone who is traveling to celebrate with us and can't wait to share this special evening together!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests arrive and be seated by 3:30 PM. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and we will be unable to seat guests once the ceremony has started.

Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided from SpringHill Suites Newark Downtown to the ceremony, followed by transportation to the after-party and back to the hotel at the end of the evening. If you’d prefer to return directly to the hotel after the ceremony, you’re welcome to arrange your own transportation.
