What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm in the evening. Guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior, at 4:30pm. Out of respect for the moment and our guests’ experience, late arrivals will not be admitted once the ceremony begins. We truly appreciate your understanding and timeliness.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please join us in formal attire to match the elegance of the Winchester Vista — suits, evening gowns, midi, tea length or floor length gowns, formal jumpsuits are all welcome. Dress to impress! Suits or tailored dress pants with a coordinating blazer and dress shirt are perfect (ties are optional). Please refrain from wearing an all black dress/outfit as this is the color of our wedding party. Our ceremony will be held outdoors on a grassy lawn. Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not take photos or videos during the ceremony, as we are having an unplugged ceremony. This means we’re asking all guests to turn off and put away phones, cameras, and other devices. We want everyone to be fully present — and to ensure that our professional photographer and videographer can capture every special moment without phones in the way. After the ceremony has concluded, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!

What colors should I avoid wearing?

We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white/ivory/cream to let the bride shine, lavender, and black, which is reserved for our wedding party. (Black dress pants are okay). Thank you for helping us make the day look and feel special!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Winchester Estate offers ample free on-site parking for all guests. Parking is conveniently located near the venue entrance. We recommend arriving a little early to allow time for parking and seating.

Can I bring a guest?

We’d love to include everyone, but due to space constraints, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
