It’s amazing how love finds you when you least expect it. We were both far from home, stationed in South Korea living our own lives, until one simple moment changed everything. One evening, in a place buzzing with laughter and music, he noticed me. With that shy but confident smile, he walked over and offered to buy me a drink. It was such a small gesture, but it was the start of something so much bigger. From that night on, something just clicked. We laughed, we talked for hours, and before long, it felt like we’d known each other forever. On August 1st 2025, we made it official. Two hearts choosing each other in a place that neither of us ever expected to find love. I still remember our first date. He was so nervous, trying to hide it, but he couldn’t stop blushing. Honestly, that made me fall for him even more. Then one day, in the middle of an ordinary day at the mall, surrounded by his friends, he dropped to one knee under an awning and asked me to be his forever. It was unexpected for me but it was real, and it was us. Now every time I think back, I realize South Korea wasn’t just a place where we was stationed, It was a place where our forever began.
