Airport Recommendation
We highly recommend flying into the Sacramento airport (SMF). From there you can take a quick 10 minute Uber/Lyft to the hotel. The San Francisco airport (SFO) is about 1.5 hours away depending on traffic.
Shuttle
Shuttle to the Old Sugar Mill

The shuttle buses will arrive at the Holiday Inn Express (2981 Advantage Way, Sacramento, CA 95834) at 4:30pm to pick up the guests and bring them to the Old Sugar Mill for the ceremony. Please be ready and waiting for the shuttle by 4:30pm. It will be about a 30 minute shuttle ride.

The shuttle buses will be leaving the Old Sugar Mill after the reception is over. The buses will make one stop downtown at the Clayton Club for the after party, and then continue on to drop off the remaining guests back at the Holiday Inn Express.

Please book your room sooner than later due to October being a very busy month in Sacramento. Cut off date for discounted pricing is October 1st. This is the hotel the Shuttle Buses will pick up from/drop off at on the day of the wedding.
