The story of us! From the very beginning - starting with the first picture ever taken of us - to 2.5 years later, ENGAGED. 🤍

The first picture we ever had together on our second date. A random girl took this without us knowing & was adamant on sending it to us. Years later, we are SO happy to have this memory captured!

Our first official photo taken together at our first concert (Taken by my lovely PA - Ashley Harms!!). We were seeing Russel Dickerson at Vetterstone - Home Sweet became “our song” after this night!

Concerts became our “thing” the first summer we were together!! Here, we are seeing Rhino in Maple Grove.

We were supposed to be at a Margarita bar crawl through Minneapolis - ended up being so sketchy that we ditched it and ended up at cowboy jacks with my best friend and her family.

Another concert!! Here we are seeing Rascal Flatts at Vetterstone.

State fair round 2 - we went three times this year.

Renaissance festival!! Always a fun tradition of mine that my family did when I was younger - fun fact, blake has been chosen every year in the tortgua twins act!

Took Blake to Syd’s favorite winery - Vino in the Valley!

Our first time seeing Cirque De Soleil - lucky enough for us, it was a horror made themed - right up our alley!!

Fall festivities - here we took Syd’s little sister to the Severs Fall Festival!

Blake surprised Syd with a fun night in Minneapolis seeing Adam Sandler on his comedy tour!!

Blake’s niece was given a Polaroid camera - we have so many around our house that Emilia takes of us! Ha!

We made a tradition to always make it to the Minneapolis Tree lighting every year! This was the first year we went

Always catch us at a Wild game in the winter!!

The first big trip we went on - Blake surprised me with my DREAM trip! Christmas in NYC!

Super fun pop up Christmas themed bar in NYC - they had three levels in this building that looked like Christmas threw up all over it. Fun fact: the grinch is Blake’s favorite movie!!

Of course we had to get a picture in Times Square!

Rockefeller Tree - Just as stunning as you’d think it would be!

Blake’s favorite sport is hockey - he played as a Goalie in highschool! This was a picture from pond hockey, that he still likes to play in the winter.

Our first 5k together!! We’ve made it tradition to run in the Hot Chocolate 5k every year. Fun fact : Blake was a track star in high school.

Celebrating Syd’s Nephews 1st birthday!

We carve pumpkins every year. We always turn our pumpkins away from each other and see who can carve the best design.

We bare the cold for all of the fun holiday lights!! Christmas is our favorite holiday. (Blake’s #1, Syd’s #2)

Bought our house April 2025!!

Another county fair and concert night - we went to this one because Syd LOVES fireworks.

Syd’s 26th birthday celebration! Blake surprised her with horseback riding - usually it’s too cold for this in April! Fun fact - Syd loves horses and would watch the movie Spirit nonstop growing up.

Our first trip to Chicago! We love knowing why a city is built the way it is, so you’ll always catch us on the architectural tour through the city - this one was a boat tour! So fun!

Syd surprised Blake with a camping trip to whitewater! We spent the weekend hiking and found this special rock wall to carve in our initials “BSSB”. We hope it’s there for years to come!

Yearly tradition!! Syd’s bridesmaid, Shelby, and her went to the Beer Festival for the first time in 2022. Since then, it’s been a double date tradition that we all do every year!!
