Please RSVP no later than August 30, 2025. If you do not RSVP, we will assume you are not attending.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have limited room blocks at The SpringHill Suites Weatherford Willow Park and The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Weatherford. Please visit the Hotels & Travel tab on our website for booking information and location. Alternatively, there are a variety of other hotels and Airbnb options throughout the Weatherford area that you may book on your own. Please reach out to Sierra or Ethan with any further questions.

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire. Keep in mind that the parking lot is gravel, and the sidewalks leading to and from the chapel and reception area are sturdy, pea-like gravel. Additionally, the chapel is “open air” along the sides, but if it is raining or extremely cold the day of the ceremony, there are clear tent-like flaps on each side of the structure that can be pulled down.

When should I arrive?

We ask that you begin arriving at the venue around 3:30 pm in order to be seated in the chapel when the ceremony begins at 4:00 pm.

Where should I park?

Answer

The Brooks at Weatherford has a large gravel parking lot in front of the chapel and reception area that we ask you to park in.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones are listed on your RSVP link. If there is not a plus one option but you have someone in mind you'd like to bring, please let Ethan or Sierra know. Accommodations can always be made in advance! We kindly ask that you do not bring a plus one unless they were RSVP'd.

Will there be food and drinks at the reception?

Answer

Yes! During cocktail hour, the bar will open for the night as well as a salsa bar with chips and dips. For the reception, there will be a buffet-style meal. Please make sure to note on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions, including gluten, dairy, meat, or nuts.

Can I take photos during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

No. We are opting for an unplugged wedding ceremony so that guests are not distracted, and our professional photographer can get the best possible shots. You are more than welcome to take as many photos and videos as you'd like after the ceremony and during the reception.
