'SAVE THE DATE' RSVP Instructions

Answer

Once you receive you 'Save the Date', you'll find a QR code included to RSVP. Please use the password provided to access the site. We kindly ask that you RSVP by October 31st. If we do not receive your response by then, we will assume you are unable to attend.

WHAT TIMES DOES THE FESTIVITIES BEGIN ?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience, we kindly ask all guest to arrive by 4:30 PM. Please note that all guest arriving after 4:50 PM will be asked to wait until the conclusion of the ceremony to enter. Cocktail hour will follow immediately after the ceremony.

CAN WE TAKE PICTURES AND RECORD VIDEOS ?

Answer

We kindly request an "Unplugged Ceremony." To ensure the moment is fully experienced and beautifully captured, we ask that all phones and cameras remain off during the ceremony. There will be a time that the Officiant will advice you can take out your cellphone to capture moments of the Bride & Groom We've hired professional photographers and videographers to document every detail, and we promise to share those moments with you. During the reception, please feel free to take all the photos and videos you'd like.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE ?

We can't wait to celebrate with our favorite people looking your very best! We kindly ask our beautiful ladies to join us in timeless elegance by wearing ALL BLACK FORMAL ATTIRE. To keep the look cohesive, we request that no bold or overpowering accent colors be added. Simple, chic, and classic just as we envision for our special day. Gentlemen, a classic suit and tie will be perfect.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED TO THE WEDDING ?

We absolutely LOVE your children, however we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adult-only event. Please plan for childcare and enjoy some kid-free tine with us.

CAN I BRING A DATE ?

Answer

As we're planning an intimate celebration with our closest family and friends, we kindly ask that only those formally listed on your invitation attend. If you've been given a plus one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep this day special.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT ?

Answer

Your presence will truly be missed! Under the 'RSVP" tab please select "No". If you have already RSVP attending, but know you are unable to attend later, please text the Bride or Groom at your earliest convenience.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR ?

Yes, there will be an open bar for our guest to enjoy. We kindly ask that you indulge responsibly as we celebrate together.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, Complimentary parking is available ay the venue.

WHERE ARE YOU REGISTERED?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, If you feel inclined to honor us with a gift, we have set up a honeymoon fund to help us create unforgettable memories as newlyweds. You can find the details under the ' Registry' tab.

We would love to celebrate the beautiful diversity of out family and friends. We kindly invite each of you to bring a flag that represents your culture or heritage so we can honor and showcase the many backgrounds that make this day special.
