This gorgeous hotel is near the Myriad Gardens in Downtown OKC. I've never stayed here but a rich couple once gave me their complimentary bottle of champagne as they were leaving the hotel because they couldn't take it to the airport with them. I made mimosas.

This historic hotel was first founded in 1911. Over the years, guests have included Elvis Presley, Jimmy Hoffa, and multiple US Presidents. But beware, rumor has it that the Skirvin is haunted!

Aloft Oklahoma City Downtown - Bricktown

Aloft is a modern, mid-priced hotel on the corner of Walnut & 2nd. It's wedged right between Bricktown and Downtown in OKC's Deep Deuce district.

OKC Streetcar

If you find yourself in Bricktown, Downtown, or Midtown, be sure to take a ride on the OKC Streetcar. Tickets cost $1 and day passes cost $3. Stops include the Myriad Botanical Gardens, Scissortail Park, and the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
