We are so excited to host our wedding in the historic mining town of Bisbee! Our ceremony will be held in the Warner Hotel garden on the second floor. The cocktail hour will be held in the cafe connected to the hotel lobby, Earl's Cafe @ the Warner Hotel. The reception and dinner will be held at The Kilimanjahro on Subway St just a few steps from the Warner Hotel.

The Warner Hotel garden can be reached by stairs leading up from Subway St. The garden entry is to the left of the Warner Hotel entry and is up a short flight of stairs. The cocktail hour can be accessed through the Warner Hotel front doors or by the Earl's Cafe @ Warner Hotel entrance off of Angius St. The reception hall at The Kilimanjahro can be accessed via the front door off of Subway St or to avoid a steep flight of stairs through the back door which is accessed via a sloped drive (look for the Bob Marley mural).

Bisbee parking is on a first come first serve basis. Some hotels and rental properties do have designated parking for guests but there are also public lots and street parking available.

Below are some details on why we have decided to host our wedding in Bisbee. We will preface this with the note that we are THRILLED to be marrying in Bisbee and this town was actually the destination of the first century ride we ever completed together. The agony of climbing Mule Pass has marked this town as a permanent fixture of our a relationship. As you know, and was noted on our save the dates, our original venue was planned to be the Ramsey Canyon Inn, in Hereford, AZ. Due to some very unfortunate legal battles between Ramsey Canyon Inn and the county, their ability to hold weddings has been called into question. There is also a civil case with a neighbor who owns a competing business that has resulted in disruption of other events held at Ramsey Canyon Inn. Given the number of family and friends traveling to support us on our wedding day, we made the decision to find a new venue that would provide the atmosphere of joy and celebration we are fostering. We want to ensure all our guests are welcomed and the stress of travel and planning is as minimal as possible. That said, Bisbee offers a plethora of accommodations, food, entertainment, and art. We know this was the right decision and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!
