Matron of Honor
Avia is my BFF. We had 4 out of 5 classes together our first semester at Carolina and she has been following me around ever since!!
Bridesmaid
Avia and I have known each other since elementary school. However, our friendship truly blossomed in high school. During those formative years, we laughed together, cried together, shared lunch together, wrote the most hilarious secret-coded letters, and helped one another discover who we truly were and who we wanted to be. Avia has always been so much more than a friend. She’s also been my little sister, my confidante, and one of my biggest cheerleaders! Over 20 years later, I consider myself truly blessed that God saw fit to bring us together in the halls of Wallace-Rose Hill High School.
Bridesmaid
Mainor and I met at church and she has been an inspirational part of my life every since. We’ve had the opportunity to celebrate many occasions together and have become more than friends, we’re family. She’s godmother/auntie to my youngest son, Kye and loves both my boys. I'm so excited for this amazing time and look forward to celebrating with Avia and Blair.
Bridesmaid
I met Avia in church about 10 years ago. She was such a pleasure to work with, I decided I should keep her as a friend. She has the sweetest spirit ever!
Bridesmaid
I have known Avia since high school but we became very close friends while rooming together at UNC-Chapel Hill. In college, we shared some great times together - Great Hall parties, Tuesday nights as BW3s, studying in the Undergrad Library and attending Sunday morning worship services at Second Baptist Church. Avia was always there to lend a helping hand, offer a shoulder to cry on, and celebrate my accomplishments. After college, our careers took us in different directions and even though we did not live close to each other, we always kept in touch. Within the last couple of years, we have grown closer, and she is the sister that I never had. I am genuinely excited for Avia and wish her nothing but happiness and everlasting love.

Groomsman
Blair, or as I refer to him, Nat Turner, and I have been as close as brothers since middle school. We hit it off all those years ago, and have always understood and been there for each other. Since we were teenagers he has been a laid back and cool dude. We always have a lot of fun together, but one of my favorite memories of Blair is from a special birthday celebration at "a restaurant"...so much fun!
Groomsman
I met Mason about thirteen years ago in the Student Union at NCCU. We became quick rivals over video games (NCAA Football) and we continue to be.
Groomsman
Mason and I met fourteen years ago playing NCAA Football 06 on PS2 in the game room of the Union of North Carolina Central University. I spelled Matt Leinart’s name incorrectly, and Blair started talking junk about my misspelled names and boosted stats. From there we started playing 2K and Madden and here we are all these years later and I’m not sure how or why.

Mason and I have been friends for so long that I don't know why or how we became friends.
