Please keep in mind that you will need to Pay an up front Deposit Fee of $150 to reserve your room. The Cut-Off date to reserve your room is December 1, 2025. Please make sure you understand that all payments will be made through the travel agency. Initial Deposit: $150 reserves your room Second Payment: 50% of your room cost due on or before February 20,2026 Final Payment: Remaining balance due on or before April 09, 2026 Note: Initial and Second payment is non-refundable and any cancellation after February 20, 2026 will result in a $250 fee due to the wedding couple.

No Problem! ✈️ If rooms through our travel agency (Option 1) are sold out — or if you prefer to book independently — Booking.com is a great alternative! The Couple prefers all guests to book their rooms on the Adults Only (18+) side. But you are able to choose whatever is comfortable to you. REQUIRED BOOKING DATES: June 21st – June 25th, 2026 We kindly require all guests to book their stay for the full dates of June 21st–25th to be part of the full wedding experience.
