Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins (4:30pm). This will allow time for you to park (unless you're Ubering or have alternative transportation), sign the guestbook, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.
Yes! There is room for about 150 people to park their vehicles. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing Uber or carpooling with an individual who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner!
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date. While I will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
The ceremony and reception will both take place at Ahavah Cottage. The ceremony will be outside surrounded by tall, beautiful trees and the reception will take place in the cottage. While there will be shade, please be prepared to be outdoors for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and the dancing as well. The events will be moved indoors in case of inclement weather.
Absolutely! We would love for you to bring your entire family to celebrate our special day. Please be sure to keep a close eye on them throughout the evening.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to RSVP for them on the website. If you don't please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you so much for understanding!
Yes, while supplies last the bride and groom will be providing complimentary beer, wine, and an assortment of other drinks such as seltzers via a canoe cooler! Once our stock is depleted we will have a cash bar for the remainder of the night. Please party accordingly and have a way to get home safely (:
The bride and groom kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in the moment. We have hired very talented photographers to capture our day!
We'd love to see our loved ones get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is Semi-Formal: Suits, cocktail dresses, and gowns.
