We met after college through mutual friends while living in Virginia Beach in 2016. We bonded over some not-so-friendly games of pool where Rachel fooled Matthew into thinking she never played before. Fun fact, Rachel grew up with a pool table in the game room and played against her dad and brother. Not so long after, we started dating and fell in love. We moved from Virginia Beach to Richmond, where we bought our first house. This is where Matthew proposed, in our candlelit living room on our 6 year anniversary, asking Rachel to marry him and start the next chapter in life in the first place we were able to call our own. We are so excited for our big day and to celebrate our love with our friends and family.
