What are the accommodations?

Answer

Linekin Bay Resort has a mix of beautifully renovated lodges with single rooms, multi room cabins to more rustic cabins. In an effort to fit everyone comfortably Casse and Jared will be assigning rooms to keep friends and family together and in the same area. The cost per night ranges from $200 - $350. We have reserved all rooms Friday- Monday. You must book any additional nights with the resort. If you have questions or requests please email us at jandcf4321@gmail.com.

What are some activities I can enjoy at the resort?

Linekin Bay Resort is truly like your wildest childhood summer camp dreams come to life. There are many activities and amenities for guests, whether you'd like to stay on land or explore the sea! Water activities: Kayaks and canoes, stand-up paddle boards, swimming, hermit crab catching, heated salt-water swimming pool overlooking the Bay, and sailing! Land activities: Include bicycles, basketball, tennis/pickleball, volleyball, lawn games (such as cornhole and horseshoes), indoor games in the West Lodge... and most importantly, plenty of beautiful spots to relax, read or catch-up with friends & family.

How do I book my room/cabin?

Answer

Room assignments will be completed by Casse and Jared on June 1st. At that time, you can begin calling Linekin Bay to reserve and pay for your room. Please call them directly at (207) 633-2494. The front desk will tell you what room or cabin you are assigned to. They will forward you a guest portal link to secure your room/cabin with a deposit. Please book your room and pay your deposit by July 1, 2022. Linekin Bay will re-open room registration to the public on September 5th. If you want to stay any additional nights you must call and book before July 1st. If you are staying in an accommodation with other guests, the bride & groom will assign a “point person” for that cabin. LBR will email the portal link to the point person who will create a password for the reservation. He/she can then forward the link and password to the other guests. Please know that multiple credit cards can be added, and guests can split costs any way the group chooses.

How do I get to Linekin Bay Resort?

The address is 92 Wall Point Rd, Boothbay Harbor, ME 04538. The good news is that once onsite all events and activities will be at Linekin Bay Resort! The closest airports are Portland, Maine (1 Hour and 15Mins) and Boston Logan (3 hours). We recommend renting a car at the airport. We promise it’s a beautiful scenic drive that will be worth it for those of you driving!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code for the wedding is summer cocktail. For men, we're thinking suits, and for women, a summery cocktail dress. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. For other events, dress is casual. Keep in mind that in can get chilly at night in Maine so you may want some long sleeves or shawl for s'mores around the fire pit portion of the evening.

Are breakfast and lunch available?

Breakfast is included for on-sight guests and is served buffet-style from 7:30am – 9:30am. You have the option for lunch at the on-site restaurant and bar, The Deck Bar & Grill. You also are welcome to have food and beverage in your lodge/cabins!

What should I bring?

Answer

Besides wedding attire, active wear, bathing suit, beach towel, and stock up with snacks and booze at the local Hannaford!

Do you have any suggestions to break up the drive?

Answer

Portsmouth, New Hampshire is a great stop along the way. You can also stop and check out breweries in Portland. We strongly suggest taking a pit stop in Wiscasset, which is an adorable coastal town about 45 minutes away from Boothbay Harbor! Be prepared to wait in line at Red's Eats for the best lobster roll you'll ever have!!!

Yes! You will have access to a parking lot near the lodge. If handicap accommodations are required please contact us for more information

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

More information about RSVP’s will be included on our formal invitation. All RSVP’s can be done electronically through our website. We would like to have an idea of who is coming by June 1st when room and cabin assignments are due.
