Rob & Abby met online on a dating app called Hinge. They immediately hit it off & Rob asked Abby out on a date. Rob & Abby had their first date at El Loro Restaurant. It is still one of their favorite restaurants as they both love Mexican food. It was a great first date (So great that they stayed for three hours and closed the place down!) After an awesome second date exploring downtown Stillwater & hiking together, they knew they had something really special. The rest is history!

Rob & Abby went on an incredible trip exploring Glacier & Banff National Parks in August of 2023. They had so much fun hiking & appreciating the gorgeous scenery. Rob's parents Bill & Nancy also joined them for the trip. Nancy was great at keeping the ring hidden until the big day. Rob knew that Abby was very excited to hike at Morraine Lake in Banff National Park. (It had been her screen saver for months.) Rob & Abby hiked to the top overlooking Morraine Lake. After enjoying the view together and cherishing the moment, Rob got down on one knee and proposed. Abby said Yes!
