Wait for the love that compels you to surrender..

The groom and bride were childhood friends who met in elementary school CS 152. But it would be middle school when the groom would ask the bride to be his girlfriend- the bride playfully declined and went about her day. Then sometime later the bride and groom shared the brides first kiss- (sorry ma). The groom asked the bride out again….and again the bride declined… it would be over 20 years later they would reconnect. Thanks to social media the groom and bride reconnected and found out they had more then friends in common.. they shared a love for God and a lot of life lessons. The groom would ask the bride to be his girlfriend again buuuuut… she said no again. They both chose to work on themselves… and thank God they did! Over time the became an item! And its been a beautiful ride ever since!

Such an unusual day for a purposal! The bride was quite annoyed this day and feeling overwhelmed with daily life. The bride to be wanted a lowkey birthday at Ventanas restaurant thats all.. the groom was acting suspicious… which added to the brides to be’s frustration, However, the bride was determined to enjoy her birthday weekend. The bridesmaid to be accompanied the couple, which was not unusual. The bride to be had a blast at her birthday dinner which was full of laughter, cocktails, and good food. The restaurants service was exceptional! Definitely a night to remember.. Fun fact the bride to be HATES. For the restaurant staff to sing happy birthday to her.. and guess what happened.. you guessed it they sung happy birthday .. The bride to be went along with it, while giving the maid of honor the side eye. Unbeknownst to the bride to be a dessert plate would be brought out by our waiter! Enclosed was an engagement ring!! The groom dropped to one knee and in front of restaurant patrons, and staff the groom purposed!! The bride to be was surprised and joyfully accepted the purposal.
