What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 4:00pm sharp, please give yourself enough time prior to get parked, make your way to the ceremony site, and get seated prior to start time!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would LOVE to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! The dress code is cocktail attire. This means no sneakers, jeans, or any casual wear. Men can wear a suit or dress shirt with or without a tie. Women can wear a nice dress any length or jumpsuits with heels or flats. We're going for a garden party theme so don't be afraid to wear summery, bright colors! We also don't care if you match the bridal party colors (pinks and greens). We understand with a summer wedding it will be hot, so please dress comfortably!

Is there a shuttle service?
Answer
The shuttle service will be available to take guests safely to and from the hotel. The shuttle will depart from hotel at 3:10pm to arrive prior to ceremony, and leave reception at 10:45pm to return. Please, do not drink and drive.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Absolutely! We will have a list of drinks available for the night both alcoholic and non-alcoholic

Are there hotel accommodations?
Answer
Yes! We are using Hampton Inn and Suites in Kutztown. Please book your hotel room prior to 7/24/24 to get the group discount rate. Use code HSW when booking and mention Hager-Findlay wedding!
