We met on a dating app with the help of some very cheesy optometry pick up lines. Our first date was at Parson's Chicken and Fish in Logan Square on a perfect sunny patio day.

We went on a trip to Joshua Tree National Park in California. We did a challenging three mile hike up to the top of Ryan Mountain. The view at the top of the mountain was beautiful! Brian proposed and Mallory said yes! We got to the spend the rest of the week together and celebrated with a nice dinner in Las Vegas.
