I'll never forget our first date, which was to grab ice cream at Mels. The second I got into the truck I said in my head "oh crap". I never mentioned this until later in our relationship and Joshua said "wow that was rude!" I said "no, the second I saw you.. it was like everything I could ever imagine that I could never put into words was right in front of me". The next day, our second date was at Vetrano's then we went to the Fall Fest Carnival. A week later, Joshua asked me out and I said no. A few weeks after that, we drove up to see his mom and we grabbed pizza afterwards. Before dinner he asked me out again.. I said no again and we still had a great time a dinner! (I'm surprised he put up with me being stubborn even though I knew he was the one). About a week after that, we traveled to New Hampshire for the day with another couple to see the grass drags. I was having such a good time and looked up at Joshua randomly and said "yes!". After that I always told him 3 times would be the charm to marry me. - I love you honey bunches of oats.

I remember our first date I was hanging out with Richard and Todd and told them I didn't want to go because I wasn't into dating. I ended up going and picking you up in my dads truck and I can't remember if it was the first or second day that your grandmother came out and asked me if I wanted peppers. We ended up going to Mels and you were wearing a red flannel with jeans and boots. You ordered your old favorite ice-cream cake batter with rainbow sprinkles and a sprinkled waffle cone. The sprinkles ended up making a mess and I started flicking sprinkles at you. It has since been a tradition every time we get ice-cream. Our second date we went to the carnival and I won you a tie-dye teddy bear you still have. Towards the end, we were going to go on the last ride that was the scariest. I'm so glad you ended up changing your mind because I didn't want to go on it either. After, we walked on the beach and I kissed you. I remember you didn't want to kiss me. I'm glad we went on that first date baby. Thanks for swiping right.
