Camille and Sasha’s love story began in junior high, where Sasha became Camille’s very first boyfriend—arguably his proudest achievement to date. Life eventually took them in different directions: different high schools, different time zones, and even different continents. Camille went off to Texas Christian University to perfect her Southern charm, while Sasha joined the Marines and was stationed in Japan. Despite the miles and the years, they always stayed in touch. Fast forward to adulthood, and both found themselves back in Santa Barbara—cue the rom-com moment. One reconnection later, and they’ve been together ever since. They now share a life full of laughter, love, and one extremely handsome dachshund named Dapper. As for why they’re getting married in Texas? Well, it holds a special place in Camille’s heart—and as Sasha wisely says, happy wife, happy life. They can’t wait to raise a glass (or several) with all of you and celebrate this next chapter!
