We met on tinder out of all places. I moved to Florida a month prior to meeting Christian. I was trying to meet new people in a new environment. Then, out of nowhere, I get a match with him. First thing I noticed on his tinder was Arya, and I fell in-love immediately. Then, obviously I saw Christian and wanted to get to know him. We talked for a few days and I ended up needing a ride at 5am from work (Waffle House not a strip club) and Christian offered to pick me up. Funny thing is the whole car ride home Christian did not look at me but I saw him. Then we got to my place and instead of sending him home, I invited him inside to talk. We ended up talking for 3 hours before he left. Since then we spent everyday together except for Christmas the first year.

We were on vacation for Christian’s birthday in Orlando, and we were ending the vacation like we do every year by going to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios. We went to the globe that they have right outside the park exit to take our photos like always. But this year was different, by the end of the night it was Christian’s birthday and the park had just closed at 2:00am. After walking around for five plus hours and being all sweaty and gross, but what happened next was something I never expected. We were about to take our photos when I noticed he was quiet, so I turned around to ask if he was okay. I found Christian on one knee and he said, "I couldn't imagine another birthday without you by my side, will you marry me?" I screamed "YES!!!" and we were engaged!
