Do I have to book my reservation through your travel coordinator?

Answer

It is recommended for you to book through our travel coordinator, Debbie. This helps us keep track of rooms under our block and to ensure our guests have the necessary accommodations. If you would prefer booking directly through the hotel please inform Debbie or Jasmine first.

What date should I arrive?

Answer

We will have our welcome dinner on July, 28th, 2022 and would love all of our guests to join us! However, the ceremony is on the 29th.

Does your travel coordinator (Debbie) offer price matching if I find a room cheaper elsewhere?

Answer

YES! One of the great things about booking through our travel coordinator is she can offer price matching options. But you do need to make sure the hotel room you found matches the hotel room you were booking with Debbie. For example: If you find a deal for a Hyatt Ziva (family friendly) room it cannot be price matched for a Hyatt Zilara room. Price match in two easy steps: 1) Screen shot it 2) Email it to Debbie Frey (dfrey@destinationweddings.com)

Does your travel coordinator offer transfer service from the hotel to the airport?

Answer

YES! The transfer service fee is actually included in the room price. If you would like to remove the transfer service fee, please reach out to Debbie Frey (dfrey@destinationweddings.com).

Is the hotel all-inclusive?

Answer

The hotel is all-inclusive and that price is also included in the price offered through our travel coordinator.

When should I start looking at flights?

Answer

We suggest you start looking at flights ASAP! Flight prices may increase as we approach July. You can use flight tracking services to help you set an alert to get the best deal. We do recommend you purchase your flight at least 30-45 days out and purchase any necessary trip insurance.

Do you recommend I purchase the insurance for my room through your travel coordinator?

Answer

Yes, because this will allow you to get a full refund if you encounter any unforeseen circumstances at the last minute and are not able to attend.
