We are getting married at the Blair Conference Center in Westfield, Ohio. The address is 9079 Leroy Rd, Westfield Center, OH 44251. Please note that the ceremony is outdoors, while the cocktail hour and reception are indoors.
We are delighted to share the timeline for our wedding day below. 3:45 PM – Guests are welcome to arrive and be seated for the ceremony 4:30 PM – Wedding Ceremony 5:00 PM – Family Portraits, we ask that all Aunts and Uncles stay behind 5:15 PM – Cocktail Hour 6:15 PM – Dinner & Reception 10:45 PM – Bride and Groom Send-Off
We have decided to have an adults only celebration, excluding those within the wedding party. We hope this gives you the opportunity to relax and celebrate with us! Thank you for your understanding and making arrangements to attend.
Due to space constraints, we do ask that all attendees be limited to those addressed on the invitation and within the RSVP pages. We appreciate your understanding.
To complement the setting and style of the day, we kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Please note that our ceremony will take place outdoors, while the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. Our wedding party will be wearing dusty blue and dusty rose. Feel free to complement these tones with soft colors and garden-inspired hues. . . Ladies: cocktail or long dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or chic separates. Gentlemen: suit, or a dress shirt with tie and blazer. We respectfully request that casual attire not be worn.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM Hotel check-out time is 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out requests are managed on a first come, first serve basis at the Hotel's discretion.
Yes, breakfast is included with each guests hotel stay. Breakfast times are 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Breakfast served is up to the Hotels discretion.
The Blair Conference Center and Westfield Inn are a 5 minute walk from each other. Both venues are conveniently located on the town square, and a short walk from the Hotel.
No, due to the close proximity of the Hotel and Reception location we will not be offering transportation for any guests.
Yes, complimentary parking is available at both The Blair Conference Center and the Westfield Inn for your convenience.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors beneath a party tent, regardless of weather. Our cocktail hour and the reception will follow shortly after. Both will be located indoors, offering a comfortable, country club-style setting for the evening.
Yes, we will be serving light hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of food, wine, beer and our signature cocktails.
A dinner will be served during the reception, followed by drinks and dancing. We look forward to an evening of great food, fun drinks, and the best company! Bring your dancing shoes!
