Emma has been the best companion I could ever ask for in this life. We met as strangers on New Years Eve and now I couldn’t imagine a life without her. Some of the best memories I can think of with Emma include camping, playing music together, hanging out with our families friends and dogs together, going rock climbing, running the New York Marathon, and too many others to count. Emma is the most caring person I know and has always put others before herself. I’ve seen this in her mentorships, relationships, and always lending a helping hand when she gets the chance. She also has a love for the sea and we both share a love for the food that comes from the sea. Every day I get to spend with Emma is a lucky one, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with her.
When I tossed out the idea of Brian joining my family's vacation to Park City, Utah the day after we first met, I had no idea it would actually happen! Brian booked flights that night and when he met us in Utah, I was so excited that I stayed back from "first tracks" to greet him from the airport. That trip we spent getting to know each other better, having no clue that we would be future forever partners. I'll never forget the fried avocado appetizer he made during our "Iron Chef" competition, showcasing his creative spirit. Our time in NYC the past year was so exciting, picking up lots of fun activities like Marathon training and salsa dancing! We just moved to Denver, Colorado and are already diving into new outdoor activities like hiking and camping. One of my favorite things about Bri Guy is his adventurous spirit and easy going attitude. The way he sees the world is unique in the most incredible way, and I am beyond excited for a lifetime with him.
