We met in 11th Grade World History Class at Reservoir High School. Tyler would ask Addie "Do you have an extra pencil?" or "Do you know the answer to the warm-up?" just to get to talk to her once a day. Occasionally they walked to class together, ate lunch, and sat outside after school, but they both knew homecoming was approaching. Too nervous to ask the other, they both went to the dance single, but sparks flew that night. Two days later, on October 26, 2015, Tyler asked Addie to be his girlfriend, right before 5th period in the art hallway.

Just like every girl, Addie had rules for Tyler. Well, maybe not every girl but Tyler definitely exceeded any expectations. Addie dropped "subtle" hints on rings, to make sure her nails were done, about where to ask, and of course, he had to ask her father. While Addie had been dreaming and hoping for the moment, she definitely did not expect it to come so soon. During such a crazy year, Tyler asked Addie to spend the rest of her life with him in front of her family on November 26, 2020, Thanksgiving Day.

Tyler and Addie have really grown up together and become such a big part of each others' lives. From high school, to University of Maryland and Towson University, to a global pandemic, to starting their careers, and buying their first home together, they have been through a lot. Now, Addie & Tyler are starting a new chapter, and they are so excited you'll be there to celebrate it.
