Brother of the groom, Tom recently swapped his Legos for airplanes in his first job as a newly minted mechanical engineer in Illinois. As Matt's roommate for 16 years, they experienced every family move together and made it out on top! When he's not passing slowpokes in triathlons, Tom can be found enjoying any variety of Wisconsin beers. He's so easy going, strangers have been known to just walk up to him and say, "Hello there!"

Paul Wise

Groomsman

Brother of the groom, Paul is an up-and-coming businessman. Matt admires him for his discipline and dedication to his priorities. In his younger years, he was notorious for having to, "go to the bathroom," to avoid doing dishes and for sneaking snacks through the back of the kitchen. Now, Chopper boasts the best FIFA-playing skills and is certainly the smoothest among his 3 brothers. He can rock both a black turtle neck and the elusive middle-part: 2 things that will come in handy during his semester at the University of Glasgow starting in January.

Mark Wise

Groomsman

Brother of the groom, Mark is the tape that keeps his brothers together. As the most creative soul in the squad, he has been known to construct life-size paper figures of popular soccer players and even developed his own language. He could win an argument before he could walk and is a rising star on Jesuit's varsity soccer team. Although he has a noticeably large cranium - a trait he shares with the groom - he has an even bigger heart. He's a leader in his school community but look for him at a university near you starting August 2019.

James Kerin

Groomsman

The groom's soccer goalie at UD, this 2-sport college athlete and now CFA has always had Matt's back including playing an instrumental role in Matt's first date with Amanda. His chocolate-milk-chugging abilities are only matched by his skills wielding a ping pong paddle. His spirit animal is a lobster - not because of his susceptibility to sunburns but because of his natural inclination for seeking the Truth. He is both the groomsman Matt deserves AND the one he needs right now.

Phil Wozniak

Groomsman

Having met as lab partners in freshman Biology, you could say that Phil and Matt's relationship exists on a cellular level. Throughout their European escapades, Phil always navigated at the front of the group, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. Now, he navigates life as a busy medical student in Ohio. He can run like the wind, and his strong character makes his friendship with the groom nothing short of what Aristotle described as phil-ia.

Andrew Hui

Groomsman

What does studying the kidney and doing philosophy have in common? An ability to kickstart a friendship with the groom that has stood the test of didactics, residency applications, and everything in between. As Matt's best friend in med school, this ex-CPA never shies away from challenging conversations & meaningful experiences. Outside of school, Andrew's pour-over technique and DJ abilities mix well with his love for world traveling.

Anthony Campise

Groomsman

The groom's freshman roommate and first friend in Texas, Anthony is a Dallasite to his core. Don't let his silky southern accent and crisp bowtie fool you, though. Banking expert by day, this Italian cowboy can throw a rave party like he throws an intramural softball: hard. He's a straight shooter and an even more loyal friend.

Christina Nguyen

Matron of Honor

Christina is number 2 of the 4 Nguyen sisters. She is Amanda's confidant, and the two are very close. Together they embraced the forgotten middle-child syndrome. Christina is nurturing, goofy (if she's not making you laugh, she'll get you with a nerf gun), and always giving Amanda expert advice for whatever comes her way. This is why she is Amanda's #1 (well ... #2 after December 29th)!

Tiffany Nguyen

Bridesmaid

Tiffany is the oldest Nguyen sister. She is the social butterfly, the "Kim K.", the trendy queen. Growing up, Amanda looked up to her for her great taste in Limited Too clothes (often stealing from her closet), music (Usher, Nelly, Backstreet Boys), and, of course her social skills (they share the same personality type -- ESFJ)! Tiffany will be getting married in May 2019.

Elizabeth Nguyen

Liz is the youngest of the Nguyen sisters. She and Amanda shared a bedroom and crazy imagination when they were younger, and they were the best of playmates. She has exquisite taste and style, and is intelligent to top it all off -- she's currently a 3rd-year medical student.

Emily Frye

Bridesmaid

Amanda and Emily have known each other since middle school. They became best friends after they were (sort of) rear-ended by a taco-eating distracted driver on their way to the Zoo for a school project. She and Amanda were stunna lacrosse players (won state their senior year, woo!), they both love food, and, though Emily is living large in Chicago, they are forever soul sisters. Emily (aka My-Linh) is the honorary 5th Nguyen sister.

Claire Kerin

Claire and Amanda went to college together, and both she and her husband, James, played a key role in the Bride and Groom’s first date. Claire has been an unwavering source of support, laughter, and faith. She and Amanda are adventure babes, they love a good hike and scenic viewpoint.

Ashley Allen

Bridesmaid

Ashley and Amanda’s fates aligned when they became roommates in medical school over Facebook. Together, they survived a few of Fort Worth’s ice storms, helped each other get through board exams, and love to settle down after a stressful week with brunch. She’s a boss-lady OB/GYN resident who delivers babies and promises.

Jean Charles

Jean and Amanda have been been close since their first year of medical school. Jean is beautiful inside and out (was even 2013 Miss Katy, TX) and is a budding Dermatologist. They’ve made it through so much together, frequently pulling long nights of studying and countless late-night taco runs.
