FAQs

Question

Guests/RSVP: Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the guest(s) listed on your invitation. We kindly ask that you RSVP using only the names provided and double-check for correct spellings.

Question

What if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please let us know your plans by April 15, 2026. We’ll send out a friendly reminder, but if we don’t hear from you by the deadline, we will no longer be able to accommodate your attendance.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we’ve chosen to make our celebration an adults-only event to give everyone a night off to relax and enjoy. We hope this early notice allows you time to make arrangements and still celebrate with us!

Question

Do we have a hotel room block?

Answer

We have not reserved a hotel block due to the low number of out-of-state travelers. However, we’ve listed three nearby hotel options in the “Travel & Accommodations” section. We recommend booking early, as rooms may fill up quickly due to the holiday season.

Question

What time should guests arrive at our wedding on Saturday, July 18, 2026?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 11:30 AM to allow ample time for parking and settling in. Our Champagne greeting will take place from 12:00 PM to 12:20 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 12:30 PM.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding theme is Romantic Boho. Think elevated elegance with a relaxed, whimsical touch. We kindly ask guests to embrace the theme with flowy dresses, floor-length gowns, cocktail attire, formal light suits, or dressy separates. Since the ceremony will take place outdoors, we highly recommend wearing breathable, lightweight fabrics such as chiffon, silk, satin, or linen blends to stay cool and comfortable.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site. There will also be free valet parking, and tipping the attendants is encouraged. Parking signage and attendants will help guide you upon arrival.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony, please silence and put away your phones so everyone can be fully present. Don’t worry, we’ve hired a fantastic photographer to capture every moment. During cocktail hour and the reception, feel free to snap away and tag your memories with our hashtag: #ForeverAlexander.

Question

I have a dietary restriction. What should I do?

Answer

Our wedding venue offers nine entrée selections, including options for those with gluten intolerance and vegetarians. You’ll be able to choose your meal on the day of the wedding. If you have a specific dietary restriction or allergy, please notify us in advance so we can ensure your needs are properly accommodated.

Question

What’s your wedding registry?

Answer

We are not doing a traditional gift registry. Instead, we’re saving for our honeymoon and first home. If you’d like to contribute, please visit our “Registry” section. We’ll also have a card box on-site at the venue for any heartfelt notes or contributions. Your love and support mean the world to us!
