The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fresno Northwest-Herndon, an IHG Hotel is approximately 10 minutes from our venue. To book, you can call and tell them you're part of the "Fairchild Wedding Block." You can also click View below to go to the site, click Book Now, and select your date(s) and # of people (be sure to keep the last dropdown as "Group Rate, Travel Agent" to stay in our wedding block.) There are two options: single King or double Queen, which both should say "Fairchild Wedding Block." Flat rate for either room is $139/night. There is also a complimentary shuttle included for those booking in the block! See info below.

The shuttle seats 9 guests at a time on a first-come first-serve basis and will be running the following times: - Leaving hotel to take to venue: 3:00pm, 3:30pm - Leaving venue to take to hotel: 10:00pm, 10:30pm Please arrive at the lobby/venue parking lot 5 minutes prior to departure time.
