Ferry Info

Airport to Port The airport shuttle is €10 pp or an Uber from the airport (around €50 for a family) to the ferry port, which is old town Split. The drive is 30-45 minutes. Uber is not available on island Hvar, but it is a popular option in the city of Split and generally cheaper than private taxis. Buy tickets at the kiosk (passengers older than 12, €5.90 to €6.10; children older than 3, €3 to €4.10; children younger than 3, free). You can also buy tickets in advance a few weeks ahead. The main ferry company is Jadrolinija. You can view timetables and prices on their website. Do not take the catamaran to Hvar Town. You will arrive at Stari Grad, you will take a taxi from that port to the villa in Jelsa (~€30). We recommend Taxi Plenka. Split → Hvar Town: Ferry ~1 hour, then taxi or shuttle 30 minutes to the villa Split → Stari Grad: Ferry ~2 hours, then taxi or shuttle 12 minutes to the villa Split → Jelsa: Ferry ~2 hours, then taxi or shuttle 6 minutes to the villa There are also more expensive options to do a private speed boat transfer that gets you from the airport to the villa in around an hour.
