We’re getting married!

I met Brandon when I was a senior in high school. I was 18 and he was 21 and we worked together. If you know me, and you know him, we have very different personalities. I love to talk and meet new people, whereas he is more reserved and does not talk to people he doesn't know. So I thought he was pretty cute and wanted to talk to him but I had no clue what to say. One day it worked out perfect because I was at the register and he was clocking out to go on break right next to me. I didn't know how to communicate so the only thing that came out of my mouth was “I like your tattoos, how many do you have?” Total silence…. He didn't say anything and it got awkward fast (my face started turning red cause it was taking forever) but literally as he was walking away I heard him mumble “4”. I got so excited cause he actually said something to me, which if you knew him he never talked to strangers he didn't know. That started our coworkers telling us that we both thought each other were cute, the exchange of numbers, the weird starter convos like “Whats your favorite music?”, as the days went by we got closer and closer. Then on May 22, 2016 he asked me to be his girlfriend after a very long work shift. I was super, super, super stoked. And now here we are four and a half years later going to get married on our 5 year anniversary May 22, 2021. I could go on about how much I love him, but I will save that for the vows!
