As soon as possible. If you do not RSVP by MAY 31, 2026 your name WILL be removed and someone else will take your spot. We can only invite 200 people. We have to make sure we have enough food and drinks for everyone. So please do your part, if you would like to be at our big day.
We want to be able to cherish and remember this event for the rest of our lives, without any extra theatrical productions. We want all of our family and friends to have a fantastic time as well, and remember our night with us. You all play a vital role in our love story, and we want to include you all in our memories. Please show us the love you've shown us your entire lives, and continue your friendship, mentorship, guidance, and blessings. Unfortunately, if you cannot accommodate and respect our request, you will be asked to leave.
No, we want your family to be a part of our family's special day! However, we request that you keep your children respectful before, during, and immediately after the ceremony to allow the photographer and videographer to complete their tasks. We also ask that EVERYONE be respectful of the venue and refrain from damaging the property. There will also be "Adult music and Adult beverages."
Yes, there will be a cash bar. They can also open a tab up for the night by providing them with a check. We may update this answer at a later date once we find out whether the bartender uses any "epayment" service. HOWEVER, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL!!! The venue has its own alcohol license, and outside alcohol can cause it to lose its license. We do ask that all attendees drink responsibly. There are multiple hotel accommodations approximately 10 minutes from the venue (one is listed in the travel section). We do not believe there are any rideshare options available, however.
We do not have a wedding registry because we have an established home. However, we do have a honeymoon fund for our blended moon. You can also open the registry tab and gift money that way. We will also take all large donations to pay off our mortgage, our children's college fund, and their future weddings...we only have five kids!!!
Please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer and videographer, and we would prefer them to capture the most precious and beautiful shots without cellphones in the frame. We promise there will be plenty of opportunities to take pictures with the official party and our family following the ceremony. Following a night full of fun activities, or during the reception, we ask you to post all pictures on Facebook with the hashtag "#FordEver"
All guest shall turn off their cellphones or double-, triple-, or quadruple-check to ensure they are on silent during the ceremony. We would love for all of our guests to be able to disconnect from the rest of the world for a little bit and be emotionally and spiritually present and in the moment with our family.
