While we love your children, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We will be having alcohol at this wedding, part of the reason for no kids was because of the alcohol we will be serving at this venue. Please remember your driving situation!
The short answer is to dress nice. The long answer is that the dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/formal attire. That generally means cocktail dresses, evening dresses, sundresses, casual suits, slacks, button-downs, and sports coats (ties or no ties) are all perfect for our wedding. The event takes place both in-doors and out, so don't wear shoes you can't walk on dirt and grass with! You'll likely feel underdressed in jeans and t-shirts and overdressed in a full tuxedo. If in doubt, don't hesitate to reach out to us and ask."
Avoid wearing White, Navy, and Dusty Blue. Those are going to be the bride and groom colors, along with the bridesmaids and groomsmen.
Designated parking areas are the main parking lot and adjacent main lawn (The Event Monitor will direct you to the designated lawn over-flow area if needed).

Because the venue is on an island the price of hotels is expensive, almost triple the normal price of hotels. However, one hotel we found that's low price and close-Ish: https://www.booking.com/hotel/us/arlington-motor-inn.html
