Keith and Ashley met at George Bush Intercontinental airport in 2009 where they both worked. They started off as friends. Best Friends. Complete opposites, Ashley is more outgoing and Keith is more “chill and laidback”. They started out going on a couple of dates but nothing serious. After about a year, life happened and they both went their separate ways dating other people but still spoke or chatted when they ran into each other at work, which wasn’t that often. One night in 2014, Keith reached out to Ashley by text and Ashley reached out to Keith days later and before you know it, they were in love. Four years later, Keith proposed. The Proposal: It was November 3, 2018 on Carnival Vista, 2nd to the last day on the ship. Ashley and Keith were relaxing on the spa deck. Ashley wanted to go to the room and get changed for dinner and Keith agreed. Ashley walked into the room first and saw a tiny black box on the bed. A little shocked but confused at the same time, Ashley asks “what’s this?”. Keith responds “it’s yours”. Trying not to cry, Ashley grabs the box and Keith takes it from her and gets down on one knee and pops the question! I’m sure you can guess what her answer was, otherwise you wouldn’t be here reading this, right?
