Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at The Arbor at the Port found at 1000 North River Street, Rochester, New York 14612 The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, followed by cocktail hour and a reception indoors— all in one location!

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress Code: Cocktail Attire We envision a modern, elegant summer celebration and ask that guests dress accordingly in cocktail attire. For women: cocktail dresses. For men: suits or smart separates—ties optional. We kindly ask guests to avoid loud patterns, neon shades, or overly bold looks that might clash with the natural beauty of the space. And as always, please no white or ivory.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! The venue has ample parking and will have signage from the parking lot directing you to the ceremony space.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We are happy to welcome children and have addressed invitation to include families where kids are invited! With that being said, we understand that some may prefer to enjoy a night out— so please do whatever works best for your family! Please let us know via your RSVP if your children will be joining us.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

We will have limited shuttle service from the hotel to the venue. One shuttle will leave at 3:30pm and a second will leave at 4:00pm. Return shuttles will depart the venue at 9:30pm and 11:00pm. For those who prefer the flexibility of driving themselves, the drive is approximately 20 minutes and there is ample parking at the venue.
