Before Wedding Travel - Florence

The bride and groom will be flying into Florence and staying there from August 27th to the 30th.

(FLR) - Amerigo Vespucci Airport

The Amerigo Vespucci airport is about 20 minutes away from Florence and a little over an hour from the wedding venue in Tuscany.

(PSA) - Pisa International Airport

The Pisa airport is about an hour away from Florence and 2 hours from the wedding venue in Tuscany.

(MXP) - Milano Malpensa Airport

The airport in Milan is an hour and forty five minute train ride to Florence.

(FCA) - Leonardo da Vinci International Airport

The airport in Rome is an hour and a half train ride to Florence and a two and a half hour drive to the venue in Tuscany.

Hotel Information

Siena offers a wide range of accommodations. We’ve included a few hotel recommendations below, but we encourage you to explore on your own, as there are plenty of great options across different budgets. Airbnb also has wonderful choices—whether you’re looking for a Tuscan farmhouse or a winery resort—so feel free to browse. On the day of the wedding, transportation will be provided to and from Siena. If you decide to book an Airbnb and need help with transportation, please reach out to Nicole or Ryan for recommendations.
