Do I have to RSVP even if I told you directly that I'm going?

Answer

Yes. We have to submit a list of guests to the venue and need everybody to absolutely confirm their attendance. If you do not RSVP, we will not have a seat, food, or beverage access for you.

Where is everybody staying?

Answer

We did not opt for a set hotel block. As Eureka is so close to St. Louis, and some are choosing to stay in St. Louis for the weekend prior, and others are flying in just to attend the event and stay in Eureka, we could not guarantee enough rooms to book a hotel block. Please choose a hotel or AirBnB based on your travel plans and understand that Eureka is a 20-30 minute drive from St. Louis.

Is it an open bar?

Yes, we have opted for an open bar of the house selection of beverages. Feel free to celebrate with us without worry!

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Fox Run Carriage House is located on a golf course, and has ample parking on site. The venue can host up to 300 people, so our small event will be no issue to accommodate.

Is the event handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes. We specifically sought out a venue with handicap accessibility. If you require specific accomodations, please let us know in advance so we may work with the venue as much as we can.

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

While we appreciate you wanting to share our special day with someone special in your life, we have a set budget and a set limit of guests. For this reason, we carefully chose those closest to us to share our day with. Thank you for understanding.
