Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on this website, on the RSVP card, or with mother of the bride, Erin Foley at (352)-359-3499 by August 1st, 2025. Please understand that if you do not RSVP by the deadline, we will note that you are not attending the wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony, at 4:45 pm. Doors to the venue will open at 4:30 pm. There will be card & gift drop off, as well as our guest book and some music.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot on the side of the venue down Charlotte Street. We have some spots reserved for our guests, but it is first come first serve. You will not be able to leave cars overnight. If our lot fills up, please note parking is very limited in downtown St. Augustine and allow for ample time to find a spot.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We have many friends & family with dietary restrictions. Be it vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, or allergies, our caterer will be able to accommodate. While our dinner is a buffet, it may not be suitable for little kids. We will gladly accommodate with kid meals as well. When RSVP'ing, you can make a note or you can text Jenna at (352)-275-8574 your requests.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we love meeting new people, we have a limited guest list that we have thought long and hard over. Only guests addressed on your invitation are invited. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love children, we have only opted to invite our close relative's children. It will note on your invitation who in your household is invited. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal! While we hate telling anyone how to dress, this is a night out with lots of photos being taken. We would prefer men be dressed in suits (no jeans or shorts) and women in formal attire as well. Our venue is a historic landmark & fully indoors. We look forward to everyone channeling their inner Henry Flagler!

Question

I am staying at the hotel, how much is the shuttle?

Answer

The shuttle is $5 per person, which includes a ride to our venue and back!
