Yes, but there is a pool and parental supervision will be required.

Yes, please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions in the RSVP. The following are already being taken into consideration: shellfish and red meat alternatives.

Waverly Place on Providence Rd. has the following: Hilton Garden Inn, Charlotte Waverly, Hyatt House Charlotte/ Rae Farms, Courtyard Charlotte Waverly. Please let us know if you are having issues with accommodations so we can make recommendations.

What should I wear during the reception?

Answer

There is no set dress code, however, the bride and groom will be in their ceremony dress. Pictures will be taken so please dress appropriately. Is there a theme for the reception?

Answer

No official theme. The reception colors are dusty blue and burnt orange.

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

No set style, however, the reception is indoor and outdoor so stable walking attire recommended.

What time should I arrive for the reception and how early can I arrive?

Answer

We will start receiving guests at 3pm. If you are coming from out of town you may arrive early, however, festivities will not begin until 3pm. You may be put to work - enter early at your own risk lol.

I can't make it in-time, what will I miss?

Answer

Pictures will be taken early on; with the main course being served early evening with cake cutting to follow. If you arrive later you may miss some of the events, but snacks and drinks will still be available.

How do I get to and from the Wedding Reception (Transportation)?

Complimentary driver/ rides to and from event will be provided day-of. More details to come.

There will be limited street parking; we encourage carpooling and utilization of the hired driver.

Yes Themed cocktails will be available as well as beer, wine, and other basic selections. The bar will be open all night, however, the bartender will be done at 9pm.
