¿Cuál es el código de vestimenta? | What is the dress code?

Answer

Pedimos que todos nuestros invitados se vistan de etiqueta y de color negro. Hombres si pueden traer camisa blanca y saco negro y vesitos si pueden traer un poco de color pero pedimos que la majoria del outfit sea de color negro. We kindly ask that our guest dress in black and in formal/black tie attitre. Men can wear a white shirt with their black suit and dresses can include some color but we ask that the majority of the outfit is black.

¿Puedo tomar fotos durante la ceremonia? | Can I take picture during the ceremony?

No. Les pedimos amablemente que por favor se abstengan de usar sus teléfonos durante nuestra ceremonia. Ustedes son muy importantes para nosotros y estamos realmente emocionados de tenerlos con nosotros en este día tan especial, por lo que nos encantaría que estuvieran completamente presentes en ese momento. Para capturar todos los hermosos recuerdos, hemos contratado a una increíble fotógrafa y videógrafo, para que puedan relajarse y disfrutar de la celebración sin preocuparse por tomar fotos. --- No. We kindly ask that you please refrain from using your phones during our ceremony. Is the wedding in Santiago or Monterrey NL?

Answer

Monterrey is one of the largest cities in Mexico. Due to its growth it has shortened its distance from smaller surrounding areas such as Santiago which is a municipality and city located in the center of the Mexican state of Nuevo León (NL). So while the wedding is in Santiago, Monterrey is only a couple minutes away.

What days will the bride and groom arrive in Monterrey?

Answer

Daniel will be arriving in Monterrey the evening of Thursday January 16th. Jocelyn will be arriving Sunday January 12th.

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. If you are flying or driving to Monterrey you will need your passport. Additionally, if you are driving to Monterrey, you and your vehicle will also need a Mexican Permit (Permiso) which you can get when you cross the border.
