How will invitations be sent?

Answer

Invites will be sent electronically, so please keep an eye on your inbox, and be sure to check your spam folder periodically for invitations and updates regarding the event. If you have not received any information from the planning team by the end of November, kindly reach out to us at folakealex0624@gmail.com.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please head over to the RSVP tab and please enter the first and last name of one member of your party below. If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for your entire group on the following page.

When should I book flights & accommodation?

Answer

Accommodations are now open for booking via the TRAVEL page. Room categories will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage all guests to book their hotel accommodations by the deadline of March 1. If you do not see a room category you wish to book, please contact our travel planner, Valerie Leconte, at vleconte@destinationweddings.com or 347-393-1140 to inquire further. The initial deposit of 50% is due by March 7, with the final balance due by April 7. Please finalize your flight details by April 30 to allow us time to schedule your complimentary round-trip airport transfer and include you in the celebration plans. Once your travel is confirmed, kindly send us your flight itinerary so we can arrange your airport transfer.
