He likes to say we met in Mexico, which is half true. We met at the young age of 13 through our mutual friends and have known each other ever since. Our occasional run ins and catch up conversations helped set a spark when we saw each other poolside at a destination wedding in Mexico. The romance followed us home and here we are.

On a beautiful fall day, we we went on a brunch date followed by a walk on the beach. Matt got down on one knee and in a state of complete shock, threw myself down on my knees as well. I said yes and was completely surprised by a sunset rooftop celebration with both of our families and friends.
