WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

Answer

Dallas in May is usually sunny and warm - the average temperature is 84 degrees. The ceremony will be indoors and the cocktail hour will be on an outdoor patio before moving to the air-conditioned ballroom, so please dress accordingly.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

We need to give our venue a final headcount no later than 30 days prior, so we are asking you kindly RSVP by April 1st, 2021.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, put those flats on and unbutton that button! Some of our international guests will be wearing traditional British attire (i.e. hats and fascinator). So if that is something you have always wanted to wear, go right ahead!

WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE SERVED?

Answer

Yes! We will have a cocktail hour with a full open bar followed by a buffet for dinner and, of course, cake. Please e-mail us with any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot on the venue property. Also there are a few street parking spots in front of the venue.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

There will be! The bar will be offering wine, beer, and liquor. The bride and groom are taking care of your drinking needs for the night.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block set up at the Courtyard Marriott, but there are several hotels located near the venue. Please see 'Travel & Accommodations' page for more information.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN? WHAT ABOUT A PLUS-ONE?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We hope you'll understand - turns out these things can get a little pricey. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Will masks be required?

Answer

While we encourage the use of face masks whenever practical, we want all of our guests to be comfortable. Therefore, masks will be optional, but we do ask that you help us out in a few ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please be mindful of our older guests and keep some extra distance from them at all times. Also, please make frequent use of the several hand sanitizer stations located throughout the venue. Finally, while we would normally mix up the seating chart to foster new friendships with people you may not have previously known, we will be mostly sticking to a seating arrangement that keeps everyone close to their own home circles. We appreciate your help and understanding.
