what is the dress code

We are asking all guest to dress semi-formal black attire. All Black Event Please wear All Black Thanks

where will out of town guest stay

Answer

We have blocked 15 rooms for out-of-town guests and any guest wanting to stay at the Holiday Inn located next to the venue. listed under Coleman and Gross wedding. Cut-Off to book a room is 9/26/25

Question

will there be alcohol served at the ceremony

Answer

there will be an open bar for 4 hours or until the cost reach 1,500 after that, guest will be responsible for purchasing their alcohol

can we add a plus one

Answer

Due to limited seating we are asking if you would contact the bride or groom to confirm adding a plus one. Add them to your RSVP. We will try to accommodate everyone. If they are not listed, they will not be seated.

will there be a buffet/ vegan meals

food will be served as a buffet vegan meals will also be provided. Vegan meal will consist of Salmon mashed potatoes and salad. Menu Chicken Marsala, Pot Roast, broccoli, asparagus, mashed potatoes and rolls. Social Hour Menu: meatballs with pineapples, deviled eggs regular and with shrimp, fruit
