What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 4:15PM.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know at the time of RSVP or as soon as possible.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The majority of our friends/families have little ones and we understand it's not always possible to find a sitter for in-state guests. They are more than welcomed to attend, but The Wilds does require that anyone under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times.

Will there be any transportation to the venue?

Answer

We have arranged two separate shuttles for both hotels. Non-hotel guests are more than welcomed to utilize the shuttles. Hilton Garden: Shuttle pick-up times will be 2:45PM and 3:35PM. Shuttle return times will be 8:30PM and 9:30PM. Courtyard by Marriott: Shuttle pick-up times will be 3:00PM and 3:50PM. Shuttle return times will be 9:00PM and 10:00PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal or Cocktail Attire: Gowns and suits are welcome, but please feel free to wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. It will get colder when the sun sets, so please be sure to bring a coat or sweater with you to the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

We've included on the invitations the numbers of seats reserved in your honor -- as much as we'd love to celebrate with more, our venue has a strict capacity and we are lucky to have a lot of family/friends on both sides!
