Press Cafe
Austin and Megan’s favorite close-by lunch spot! Located inside of the Sewell Ford dealership, it’s a hidden gem with a variety to choose from. Megan’s pick is the Press Nachos, and Austin’s favorite is their Southwest Cobb salad with the 1911.
Cork & Pig Tavern
This is our favorite date night place! Their brunch is wonderful as well. Making a reservation early is highly encouraged. C&P is conveniently located just across the street from the Residence Inn. We love the outdoor patio when the weather is nice! Megan’s favorite is the steak salad with a mango margarita martini, and Austin loves the blackened ribeye with a jalapeño margarita. We always share the cornbread as an appetizer (although it’s not on the menu!) and the tres leches or key lime pie for dessert. It’s all delicious!

Our favorite restaurant in Midland! This is our go-to when we go to dinner with friends. Their downstairs bar, The Basement, is a must try as well! Must make a reservation.
Librado
Another Midland favorite! Super laid back atmosphere and delicious food every time.
CPL Ray's Coffee
Located just down the road from the Residence Inn and owned by a sweet friend of ours, this is the best coffee shop in Odessa! We love the Ray Ray’s mocha (try it frozen!) and their cinnamon rolls are always a yummy treat.
Amara Gelato
The yummiest gelato around!

This brand new park in downtown Midland has room to run and great shops + restaurants all around!
Permian Basin Petroleum Museum

Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory
Craving Mexican food or wanting a quick bite? We love Rosa’s! The food is usually ready within 10 minutes of ordering (if that!) and is so yummy! They make the best tortillas. Megan usually orders combo nachos with rice, and Austin loves the chicken fajita salad. Their carrot cake is a yummy treat, too!
Ally Outdoors
This is Austin’s favorite shooting range around! They have a cafe with great lunch options, a village across the street with shopping and yummy food, and of course their range with hundreds of guns to choose from.
