What if I didn’t RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as “no”. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with the final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Are Children Allowed?

Answer

While we love your littles, due to limited space, our wedding will be adults only. We hope you will use this opportunity for a date night, on us!

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on the invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal! The venue is outdoors, so please plan accordingly (terrain is a bit uneven, and it may get chilly in the evening) Please, allow the bride to be the only one in white.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking at the venue. There will be a private tractor ride for all guests to the upper part of the vineyard where the ceremony will take place, and back down to the reception site.

How early should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before ceremony to allow time to board the tractor shuttle to take you up to the ceremony site.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and on silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our special moments as we say "I do!"

Can I post wedding photos/videos on social media?

Answer

Once the bride and groom announce to the world that the knot is tied, feel free to post! Please refrain from posting pictures of the wedding until then. We spent a lot of time and money planning this event; please respect our big moment and allow us the honor of unveiling that to the world! Please use our hashtag, #finallyflores, and tag the bride and groom when posting!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Open bar will begin during cocktail hour and will continue until 9pm. We just ask that everyone be responsible with consumption. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be served. Tips for our awesome bartender are welcomed!

What type of food will be served?

During cocktail hour, we will have a light snack for you to enjoy. We have hired a taco man for our main meal!

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you'd like to help us celebrate in another special way, we would be grateful for contributions to our honeymoon fund. Instead of traditional gifts, we're dreaming of our first-ever cruise vacation together-making unforgettable memories on the open sea. Your kindness will help make this trip even more special, but most of all, we're just excited to celebrate with you! There will be a wedding card box on our welcome table with a QR code or you may send any gifts via Venmo @floreswedding2025. Thank you!
