Please plan to arrive no later than 12:30 P.M. to allow time for parking and finding your seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00 P.M. and we kindly ask for all the guests to be seated by then. Dress Code: Summer Formal Formal with a seasonal touch - light, linen suits, elegant, flowy dresses, and timeless. We kindly ask for guests to NOT wear the colors BLACK or WHITE. Children are welcome to come, although we do kindly request that guest’s consider making arrangements for a child-free evening due to limited space at our venue. Los niños son bienvenidos a venir, aunque solicitamos amablemente que los invitados consideren hacer arreglos para una noche sin niños debido al espacio limitado en nuestro lugar.

If a hotel is needed we do recommend The Limelight Inn. Si necesita un hotel, le recomendamos el Limelight Inn.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? ¿Hay estacionamiento para la ceremonia o recepción?

Yes, parking is available but limited, only 35 cars fit in the parking lot. We do recommend carpooling. Si, hay estacionamiento disponible pero limitado, solo caben 35 auto. Recomendamos compartir el vehículo.

The ceremony will held indoors and the reception will be held outdoors. La ceremonia se llevará a cabo en el interior y la recepción se realizará al aire libre.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony? ¿Hay transporte hacia y desde los hoteles hasta la ceremonia?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, but we do highly encourage carpooling with family. No se proporcionará transporte, pero recomendamos encarecidamente compartir el coche con la familia.
