When should I RSVP by?

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

No, only if your invitation indicates it. Please note that invitations will be checked are the door.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The gate opens at 3:30 PM to receive all guests. Please arrive between 3:30 PM and 3:50 PM. The ceremony will begin at 4 PM. If you miss this window, you may have to wait until after the bride has walked down the aisle to be seated.

Is there parking for the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

A parking attendant will direct all guests to the designated parking area. The venue also has a designated area for overflow located further. We highly recommend that everyone carpool to minimize the need to use the overflow and long walking distance.

What Health and Safety measure will be taken during the event?

Answer

We take everyone's health and safety very seriously. Masks and hand sanitizers will be available onsite. We would love for everyone to attend, but if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or have been exposed to COVID-19 / Monkey Pox we ask you to kindly stay home and get well.

Can I post the wedding on social media? Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels please use the hashtag #KafiGetsKiariedAway and #MainaToKiarie so we can keep track of all of your pictures! Our only request is no phones in sight while the bride is walking down the aisle.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

No, please do not take any of the centrepieces/candles/flowers. Don't worry we have special gift for all our guests.

Question

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

No. If you need travel accommodations we suggest Uber or Lyft.
